Funeral Mass for Adeline Elizabeth (Steckler) Schubert, 81 of Richardton will be 10:30 a. m. , Wednesday, February 2, 2005 at St. Mary?s Catholic Church in Richardton with Father Boniface Muggli, OSB celebrating. Interment will follow in the St. Mary?s Cemetery in Richardton. Visitation will be Monday, February 1, 2005 from1:00 p. m. to 9:00 p. m. and will continue on Tuesday from 9:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m. at Stevenson-Mischel-Olson Chapel. Visitation will continue on Tuesday from 5:00 p. m. to 9:00 p. m. with a Rosary at 8:00 p. m. at St. Mary?s Catholic Church in Richardton. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, one hour prior to service at the church. Adeline passed away peacefully, Sunday, January 23, 2005 at Richardton Health Center in Richardton. Adeline was born February 15, 1923 on the family farm, ten miles north of Richardton to Mathew and Florentine (Kuntz) Steckler. She married Ben Schubert on June 26, 1946. They farmed north of Richardton. They retired in 1972 and moved into Richardton. Since 2003, Adeline made her home at the Richardton Health Center. She was a member of the Christian Mothers Society and American Legion Auxiliary. She loved to sew quilts and play cards and bingo. Adeline enjoyed going to the senior center for lunch and cards. Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Regina Schubert and a grandson, Russel Schubert of Richardton; a granddaughter, Rebecca Schubert and a great-granddaughter Hanna Rose McRae of Seattle, WA; six sisters: Helen Hauck, Richardton, Freida (Joe) Klein, Richardton, Jeanette (Val) Freidt, Mott, Patty (Gordon) Vaagen, Taylor, Joyce (Neal) Johnson, North Carolina, and Virginia (Charles) Pugh, Cincinnati, OH; four brothers: William (Eleanor) Steckler, Richardton, Leonard (Betty) Steckler, Richardton, Martin (Irene) Steckler, Seattle, WA and Ronald (Donna) Steckler, Cincinnati, OH; and a sister-in-law, Evange Steckler, Cincinnati, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, a son, Frederick M. Schubert; a brother, Julius Steckler; and a brother-in-law, Paul Hauck.
