Adeline passed away Saturday, November 29, 2014 at the Marian Manor Health Care Center, Glen Ullin, ND. Adeline Marie was born October 25, 1934 in Glen Ullin, the daughter of Frank and Elizabeth (Fibiger) Skalsky. As the oldest of five children, Adeline has fond childhood memories of attending and graduating from Glen Ullin High School. Adeline had a teaching certificate and taught at a country school. She left home at the age of 19 to marry Albert Tibor. She was blessed with 10 children, Annamarie, Anthony, Andrew, Arthur, Arman, Annette, Angela, Ann-Margaret, Alan and Alicia. Adeline was a devoted mother/homemaker and nothing meant more to her than helping, giving and spending time with her family. Faith was very important to her and she was proud to be a Christian Mother and member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church. Adeline is a retired librarian and a baker from Lapp’s Jack & Jill. She loved flowers, dancing, coloring and baking (hoping to be remembered for her Christmas cookies). She enjoyed crossword puzzles, watching tv and movies, reading (Agatha Christy novels), playing whist and canasta, board games, jigsaw puzzles, country western music and cross-stitch. Adeline found happiness in animals, the outdoors, van rides and her favorite place was visiting the home of any of her children. Her life lesson to pass on would be “take one day at a time”. Adeline is survived by her sons; Arthur of Bismarck, Arman of Billings, MT, Alan (Heidi) of Mandan; daughters, Annamarie (Don) Herrly of Watertown, SD, Annette (Scott) Woroniecki, Ann-Margaret (Ken) Kitzan, Alicia (Keith) Krein all of Hebron; 21 grandchildren, Ben (Michelle), Kaytlin, Mandy, Myka, McLean (Becky), Franklin, Brady, Alyssa, Tony, Michael (Megumi), Matthew (Marissa), Marshal (Chen), Angela, Devin, James, Jack, Sam, Kailey, Meghan, Allison (Eric), Zachary; 6 great-grandchildren, Taryn, Madeline, Logan, Max, Maria, Victor; daughter-in-law, Jeanine Tibor of Williston; sisters, Donna Schatz, Joyce (John) Permann and Diane (Arnie) Miller.
