Agnes passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at the Marion Manor Health Care in Glen Ullin due to a long battle with Alzheimer’s.

Agnes was born May 5, 1926 in Dickinson, the daughter of Peter and Barbara (Stroh) Jaeger.  She grew up, attended school and graduated from High School.  Agnes married Fred Faiman on October 14, 1946 at St Joseph’s Catholic Church.  The couple was blessed with four children, Callen, Jason, Bonnie and Ashley.  They farmed on the family farm in the Versippi area until 1989. Together they had earned conservation awards for the work they put into the farm.  Agnes was a devoted homemaker and farmwife.  She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and was active member of the Christian Mothers helping out when ever needed. Agnes loved to garden and share her produce. She also loved to cook the old fashion German dishes and have big gatherings at her home. Agnes enjoyed a good card game, listening to old time music, socializing and dancing at the Eagles Club. Due to failing health Agnes moved into Hawks Point later to Country House and finally to Marion Manor.  The family wishes to thank all of her caregivers for taking such good care of their mother over the years.

Agnes is survived by her sons, Callen (Patti) Faiman and Jason (Janel) Faiman of Dickinson; daughter, Ashley (Dale) Nelson of Dickinson; five grandchildren, Tina (Dave) Langness, Shania, Shaydin, Drayton, Sheena (Mitch) Loken and two great-grandchildren, Blakely and Brooklynn;  brother, Willard (Emma) Jaeger of Dickinson; sisters, Elaine Candee of CA and Diane Douglas of Salt lake City, UT; sister-in-law, Patti Jaeger, CA; a brother-in-law, Don Dire, Dickinson and numerous nieces and nephews.
