Agnes L. Kittilson, 82, Killdeer, died Sunday, June 08, 2003, at Hill Top Home of Comfort, Killdeer. Funeral services will be 2 p. m. Friday, June 13, 2003, at Price-Murphy Funeral Home, Dickinson with Pastor Joe Mecham officiating. Interment will be in the Dunn Center Cemetery, Dunn Center, ND. Visitation will be noon ? 9 p. m. Thursday, at Price-Murphy Funeral Home. Visitation will continue on Friday from 9 a. m. ? 2 p. m. Agnes Rasmussen was born June 23, 1920, at the family farm north of Dunn Center, to Hans Peter and Hazel (McDermott) Rasmussen. She attended grade school at Hope Country School #2 north of Dunn Center. She married Ingvald O. ?Inky? Kittilson on September 14, 1940, in Dickinson. After their marriage they moved out to Walla Walla and Seattle, Wash. In 1948, they moved back to North Dakota, living in Killdeer until 1961, when they moved to Lake Ilo near Dunn Center. Agnes worked at Gambles in Killdeer for 10 years. She wrote the Dunn Center news for the Dunn County Herald for four years. She loved to sew, cook and crochet, but her greatest joy was her family. Agnes entered the Hill Top Nursing Home on November 3, 1999. Agnes is survived by: seven children, Donna Majer, Scranton, Gary Kittilson, Sr. , Colville, Wash. , Jimmy (Joann) Kittilson, Spokane, Wash. , Peggy (Bruce) Drews, Appleton, Wis. , Ritchie Kittilson, Spokane, Wash. , Bonnie (Thomas) Fandrich, Spokane, Wash. and Larry (Deanna) Kittilson, Dunn Center; 20 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; three step great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; sister, Mildred Carrol, Bremerton, Wash. ; brother, Merlin (Mary) Rasmussen, Auburn, Wash. and sister-in law, Edna Knudson, Renton, Wash. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Inky; granddaughter, Tamera Renae Gerhart; her parents; seven brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law.
