Anna Kaufman

Anna Kaufman, 91, Richardton, died Friday, January 31, 2003, at Richardton Health Center, Richardton. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a. m. Monday, February 3, 2003, at St. Mary?s Catholic Church, Richardton, with Fr. Brian Wangler, OSB celebrating. Interment will be in St. Mary?s Cemetery, Richardton. Visitation will be Sunday at Price-Murphy Funeral Home from 1 p. m. to 4 p. m. and will continue at the church beginning at 5 p. m. There will be a rosary said at 7 p. m. Sunday at St. Mary?s Catholic Church. Visitation will continue Monday at the church one hour prior to the service. Anna Kaufman was born on January 4, 1912, to Nick and Katherine (Hayer) Kaufman in Dunn County. She attended country school and Model High School. Anna moved to Richardton in the early 1950?s and was employed by the Richardton Memorial Hospital. She later worked at Assumption Abbey in the kitchen. She enjoyed sewing and made her own clothes. She was preceded in death by: her parents; four brothers and two sisters.
