Funeral Mass for Anna Marie Kilen, 75 of Dickinson will be 1:00 p. m. Saturday, May 27, 2006 at St. Patrick?s Catholic Church in Dickinson with Father Austin Vetter, celebrating. Burial will be at the North Dakota Veteran?s Cemetery, Mandan, ND at a later date. Visitation will be Thursday, May 25, 2006 from 4:00 p. m. to 9:00 p. m. with a Rosary and Vigil Service at 7:00 p. m. at Stevenson-Mischel-Olson Chapel. Visitation will continue on Friday from 8:00 a. m. to 9:00 p. m. with a Family Rosary at 7:00 p. m. at Stevenson-Mischel-Olson Chapel. Saturday visitation will be from 8:00 a. m. to 12:00 p. m. at Stevenson-Mischel-Olson Chapel. Anna Marie passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at St. Joseph?s Hospital and Health Center in Dickinson. Anna Marie Kilen was born March 2, 1931, to George and Elizabeth (Miller) Armbrust on the farm north of Belfield in Billings County. She grew up and attended country school in Billings County. Anna Marie then moved to Dickinson where she lived with her Aunt Lena and worked at Woolworth?s. She met and married the love of her life, Raymond Kilen on August 3, 1953 at St. Joseph?s Catholic Church. Two daughters were born to this union. In the early 1970?s she completed her CNA Training and began working for St. Joseph?s Hospital, as well as private duty nursing. After Ray?s death in 2003, Anna Marie began working as an office aide for her daughter at Innovative Environmental Consultants in Dickinson. Anna Marie was a Brownie Troop Leader, Camp Fire Leader; a member of the Club of ?51 Homemakers, Sons of Norway, and the Red Hat Society. She was always there for her two girls and made all feel welcomed while in her home. Her Catholic faith was very important for her and she instilled that faith in her family. She loved to garden, sew, quilt, and crochet. She also treasured the time spent with her grandchildren, whom she especially loved, as they brought her great joy. She is survived by two daughters: Ray Ann Kilen, Dickinson, ND, Sandra (Eldon) Rohde , Halliday, ND; six grandchildren: Emily (Melvin) Albert, Elizabeth, Luke, Carl, Riley, and Tanner Rohde; four brothers: Frank (Shirley) Armbrust, Ft. Rice, ND, George Armbrust, Bowman, ND, Edward (Sheri) Armbrust, Iowa City, IA, Joseph (Kay) Armbrust, Belfield, ND; one sister: Bertha (Bob) Makolin, Lake Linden, MI; one sister-in-law: Mary Ann Armbrust, Fargo, ND along with Ray?s family: Florence Nagle, Mandan, Helen Kilen, Bismarck, Virgil (Lorraine) Kilen, New Salem, Grace Smith, Almont, Charlotte (Ed) Thiel, Almont, Etheleen (Burton) Hoovestal, New Salem, Tharen (Mary) Kilen, Mandan and Thornton (Caroline) Kilen, Mandan. She is preceded by her parents, her husband, Raymond, one brother: Marcus Armbrust, one sister: Magdalena Heiser, one brother-in-law: Albert Heiser.
