Arlene Schneider, 64, Dickinson, died Tuesday, September 20, 2005 at St. Benedict?s Health Center, Dickinson. Memorial services will be 10 a. m. , Saturday, September 24, 2005 at Price-Murphy Funeral Home, Dickinson. Inurnment will be in Gladstone Cemetery, Gladstone. Arlene Schneider was born in Dickinson on October 12, 1940, to Andrew and Selma (Weiglenda) Schneider. She grew up on a farm and attended school in Lefor. Arlene was a waitress most of her life. She volunteered for many organizations and received the Volunteer of the Year achievement awards from the Prairie Rose Center. She attended St. Joseph?s Catholic Church. Arlene loved pink carnations and driving her car and helping others. She is survived by: her son, Robert ?Bob? (Sandy) Schneider, Mandan, ND; two grandchildren, Rachel and Samantha; four sisters, Kathleen Schneider, Gladstone, ND, Connie Schneider, Jamestown, ND, Rosie (Ed) Erhardt, Dickinson, ND, Sandy Dinius (Duane Perfett), Gladstone, ND; three brothers, George (Man-Mei) Schenider, Pensacola, FL, Gary Schneider, Grand Forks, ND, and Ron Schneider, Gladstone, ND. She was preceded in death by: her parents and grandparents.
