Funeral Mass for Armin Hauser, 77 of Hebron, ND will be 10:00 a. m. CDT, on Monday, August 23, 2010 at St. Ann?s Catholic Church in Hebron with Father Arul Joseph, Celebrating. Burial will follow in the St. Clement Cemetery. Visitation will be at St. Ann?s Catholic Church in Hebron from 5:00 to 9:00 p. m. CDT on Sunday, August 22, 2010 with a Rosary and Vigil Service at 7:00 p. m. Armin Oscar Hauser, passed from this life at his Mercer County farm on Friday, August 20, 2010, comforted by his family after a courageous battle with cancer. Armin was born February 14, 1933 in Dickinson, ND the son of Oscar and Elizabeth (Wehri) Hauser. He attended school in rural Mercer County. Armin was married to Geraldine Hickey on October 3, 1959 at St. James Basilica Catholic Church in Jamestown, ND. Armin and Geraldine raised their family and ranched northeast of Hebron for the next 50 plus years. He enjoyed living in the country, raising cattle, farming, and took great pride in his family. Armin also enjoyed reading western novels, telling stories, playing cards, dancing and especially family gatherings. Armin was a 4th Degree Knight and belonged to the Knights of Columbus; a member of St. Ann?s Catholic Church and served on the Farm Service Agency Board. Survivors include, his wife, Geraldine, Hebron, ND; his children, Michael (Laurie) Hauser, Hebron, ND, Marie Hauser, Bismarck, ND, David (Rachelle) Hauser, Zap, ND, James (Jerrie) Hauser, Hebron, ND, and Mark (Sara) Hauser, Hebron, ND; a son-in-law, Jim Temple, Glendive, MT; 17 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Elizabeth ?Betty? Diede, Glendive, MT and Alma Conlon, Beulah, ND; and a brother, Jacob (Therisa) Hauser, Hebron, ND. He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Joan Temple; a infant sister, Lois Hauser, a brother, Donald Hauser; and a grandson, Jason Hauser.
