Thirty-six short years ago, Keith and Ellen (Knipfer) Beach welcomed the first member of their family, Becky Lea into this world. She was later joined by a sister, Jeanie Marie and a brother, Brian Keith. Becky left this world for her Heavenly home on April 12th upon returning to the house after a full day of ranch work at her parent?s home. Her presence here on earth was ended in an instant with her two precious little girls at her side. Becky was born in 1972, in Ekalaka, MT on May 25th, a date that would later be shared by her special niece, Mariah Moran. She attended elementary school there and graduated from Carter County High School in 1990. During these years, she was actively devoted to 4-H and FFA activities. She went on to judge livestock for Powell Community College in Wyoming, and then completed her secondary education at Presentation College in Aberdeen, SD. She graduated with Honors and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She began her career in home health care then worked at the Ashley Medical Center and finally Rapid City Regional Medical Center. Though she loved the excitement of the medical field, her passion and joy always came from her family and the ranch. On February 23, 2002, she sang her way into the heart of David Allen Coisman. Mr. and Mrs. Coisman operated the Yellowstone Trail Caf? and Tavern in Ipswich, SD, until the fall of 2002, when they moved to their current residence in Rapid City, SD. On July 14, 2006, the biggest goal of Becky?s life was achieved as she gave birth to her precious princesses, Shaylee Marie and Savannah Rose. Though they arrived eight weeks early, Becky nurtured them through prematurity, heart complications and surgery and lately the tremendous twos. She tended to every detail in their delicate little lives and persevered to show them her strengths, wisdom and love of family as well as the Lord. Becky?s smiles and stories will remain around every family gathering as her effervescent spirit lives on in each of us and guides her girls in every step. Some of Becky?s greatest accomplishments in life included Theatre Performances; 12 years of 4-H service; Speech; Vocal Solos; Instrumental Music; a member of the 1st Place Montana State FFA Livestock Judging Team; and the Winner of the Montana State FFA Impromptu Speaking Contest. Becky is survived by her husband, David Coisman and their twin daughters, Shaylee Marie and Savannah Rose of Rapid City, SD; her parents, Keith & Ellen Beach, Ekalaka, MT; her mother-in-law, Eileen Coisman, Rapid City, SD; her sister, Jeanie (Rob) Moran, Washougal, WA; her brother, Brian (Willow Meyer) Beach, Ekalaka; MT; a brother-in-law, Daniel Coisman, Detroit, MI; Nieces and Nephews, Elizabeth Coisman, David Coisman, Mariah Moran, Maxwell Moran and Roger Beach; her grandmothers, Lenore Beach and Rita Knipfer and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
