Beverly Jean was born December 15, 1941 in Baker, MT, the daughter of Albert and Florence (Hoenke) Quenzer. She grew up and attended school in Baker; graduating from Baker High School in 1959. It was during this time that she married Edward Anderson. To this union two children were born: Todd and Stephanie. After spending several years in Glendive, the family moved back to Baker.
Bev worked as a switchboard operator for Mountain Bell Telephone Company for over 15 years before becoming the City Clerk for the City of Baker; a position she held for over 40 years. Along with her position with the City, she proudly served as secretary for the Rural Fire Department for over 20 years. Upon retirement, Bev continued to call Baker her home.
Bev found tremendous joy and a great sense of pride tending to her yard and garden each season. She was a talented seamstress and enjoyed spending time working on quilting and sewing projects; especially creating doll and Barbie clothes.
Bev is survived by her children Todd (Sara) Anderson of Dickinson, and Stephanie Jean Harper of Billings; and grandchildren, Saraya (Zachary) Prociv, Parker Anderson, Ashlee Anderson, Peytan Harper and Taylor Harper.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Florence Quenzer; and brothers, Floyd and Jerry Quenzer.
Bev’s family would like to thank Jane O’Conner for her friendship and care she gave their Mother.
