Funeral Services for Bonnie J. Pelton, 51, of Killdeer are 2:00 p. m. Saturday, June 5, 2004 at the Stevenson-Mischel-Olson Chapel in Killdeer. Interment will follow at Dunn Center Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 1:00 p. m. to 9:00 p. m. continuing on Saturday from 8:00 a. m. to 1:00 p. m. at the Stevenson-Mischel-Olson ChapelBonnie passed away May 31, 2004 at St. Benedict?s Health Center. Bonnie was born on April 5, 1953 to Wallace and Erma (Dinkins) Pelton in Dickinson, ND. She grew up and attended school in Dunn Center until the sixth grade, when she started attending school in Killdeer. While living on the family farmstead, Bonnie assisted with the work. She helped by cooking and cleaning for her brothers and father. She enjoyed reading and making greeting cards for all of her family. Bonnie loved to swing, make latch hook rugs, play board games and read funny books. She especially loved her nieces, nephews and her dogs: Mike, Fluffy and Brownie. Bonnie always had a smile for everyone and would keep up with all of the family birthdays and activities. Bonnie is survived by one brother, Franklin Pelton of St. Cloud, MN, brother-in-law, Rueben Benz of Dunn Center, ND, and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Curtis and Walter and sister, Janet Benz. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to The Benz Family, 9549 Hwy 200, Dunn Center, ND 58626.
