Mass of Christian Burial for Brandy Hartse, 26, of Omaha, NE, formerly of Dickinson, will be 10:00 a. m. Friday, December 29, 2006 at St. Patrick?s Catholic Church in Dickinson, with Father Austin Vetter celebrating. Inurnment will be at a later date in the Dickinson Mausoleum. Visitation will be from 12:00 p. m. to 4:00 p. m. on Thursday, December 28, 2006 at Stevenson Funeral Home in Dickinson. Visitation will continue from 5:00 p. m. to 9:00 p. m. on Thursday, December 28, 2006 at St. Patrick?s Catholic Church in Dickinson with Rosary and Vigil Service taking place at 7:00 p. m. Brandy passed away Saturday, December 23, 2006 in Omaha, NE due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Brandy Alberta Hartse was born November 12, 1980 in Dickinson, ND, the daughter of Al and Gerrianne (Finneman) Hartse. She attended 1st ? 4th grade at Golva, ND elementary; 5th ? 6th grade at St. Patrick?s Catholic School and graduated from Trinity High School with honors in May of 1999. Brandy moved to Arizona in August of 1999 and completed two years of college. She moved to Fargo, ND and graduated at Wapheton from the College of Nursing in May of 2001 as an LPN. Brandy moved to Omaha, NE in July of 2001 and graduated in December 2005 as a Registered Nurse. She was working at the Nebraska Medical Center in ICU. Brandy was a very compassionate, fun loving, energetic individual who was very family oriented and a peacemaker. She had a love for all sports which accounts for all the awards and trophies she received. Brandy was a very proud new mother of a four month old daughter, Gabrielle Rose. Surviors include her parents, Al and Gerrianne Hartse, Dickinson, ND; a daughter, Gabrielle Rose Smith; two sisters: Cody (Micah) Pelton, Monroe, WA and Cassy Hartse (fiance, Jason Larson), Fargo, ND; a special friend, Todd Smith, Omaha, NE; maternal grandmother, Christine Finneman, Golva ND; three nephews: Kaden, Tristan & Jaymin Pelton and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Ralph Finneman; paternal grandparents: Alberta and Cliff Hartse; an uncle, Boyd Hartse and an aunt, Karen Hartse. A memorial has been established for Brandy?s daughter, Gabrielle Rose Smith in care of Al and Gerrianne Hartse, 4094 111F Avenue SW, Dickinson, ND 58601Brandy was loved by so many people and touched so many lives. We will never forget you and we will miss you every day of all our lives, our special angel, God will take good care of you.
