Funeral services for Calvin “Mutsch” Mutschelknaus, 76, of Hebron, will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 19, 2021 at First Baptist Church in Hebron, ND with Pastor David Ling officiating.
Visitation will be 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. Thursday, March 18 at Stevenson Funeral Home in Hebron.

Calvin passed away March 11, 2021 at Sanford Hospital, Bismarck.
Calvin was born April 3, 1944, the son of Elsie (Vetter) and Reinhold Mutschelknaus. He grew up in Hebron, graduating from Hebron High School in 1962. Calvin was drafted into the US Army and served in Vietnam. After his honorable discharge, he returned to Hebron and began his 49 year career working at Hebron Brick. Calvin was a member of the Hebron American Legion and was often part of the Hebron festival parades. In 1968 Calvin married Marlene Rehling. To this union Marcy was born.
Calvin loved working on cars and fixing up hot rods. He had an extensive model car collection that he enjoyed working on, and he made antique fire arms. He enjoyed spending time with friends and going for drives around the countryside. Calvin was an independent spirit to the end. Calvin will be remembered as a kind soft spoken man with a positive attitude. He had an infectious smile and a great sense of humor.
Calvin is survived by his daughter Marcy Mutschelknaus of Bismarck and her children, Amber and Cody Weatherspoon; step-son Terry Heyd of Bismarck and his children, Jordan and Seth Heyd; step-daughter Cheri (Jerry) Krueger of Jefferson, OR and their children, Steven and Christina Krueger; nieces and nephews Linda Lagge (Carter) Christiansen of Miles City, MT, Bonnie Lagge Reisenhauer of Dickinson, Susan Lagge (Don) Mayer of Dickinson, Rodney (Violet) Lagge of CA, Rick Lagge of Jacksonville, FL.
Calvin is preceded in death by his parents Elsie and Reinhold Mutschelknaus; sister Irene Lagge; and brother-in-law Melvin Lagge.
