Carter Erdle

Carter Erdle, 20, a college student at NDSU, and formerly of rural Hebron, died Saturday, May 10, 2008, in Wahpeton, ND. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 Mountain Time on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at St. Mary?s Catholic Church in Richardton. Visitation will be held from 6 ? 8 pm on Tuesday at the church with Vigil Services at 8:00 PM. Burial will be in the St. Mary?s Cemetery in Richardton. Carter was born May 18, 1987 at Dickinson the son of Mike and Patrice (Bock) Erdle. He was raised on the farm between Richardton and Hebron and was educated at Richardton School where he graduated in 2005. He was attending NDSU majoring in Agricultural Economics. Carter loved the outdoors hunting deer, pheasants, and coyotes. In his spare time he liked to play games on the X-Box. Grateful for having shared in his life are parents, Mike and Patty, Hebron, ND; two brothers Wesley, Bismarck, ND and Mitch, of Williston, his grandmothers Adeline A. Erdle, Richardton and Phyllis Bock, of Minot. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles: Marilyn (John) Dorscher, Burlington, ND, Carrie (Doug) Peterson, Carpio, ND, Brenda (Marty) Heller, Beulah, ND, Murray (Jodi) Bock, Foxholm, ND, Patti (Ross) Mushik, Mandan, ND, Sue (Bruce) Kobilansky, Bismarck, Dennis (Lori) Erdle, Fargo, Darlene (Joel) Haugen, Taylor, ND, Lisa Mischel, Bismarck, ND. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Lyle Bock, and Rudy Erdle, and one Aunt Sharon Erdle and an Uncle Joey Erdle. Officiating: Abbot Brian Wangler, OSB and Fr. Boniface Muggli, OSBOrganist: Sylvia Feller, and the St. Mary?s ChoirCasket bearers: Seth Forster, Zane Forster, Tyrell Neidhardt, Tony Wolf, Evan Messer, Dustin Hoff, Eric Stockie, and Jared Kuhn. Ushers will be Mac Hoerner, Dustin Aman, Dustin Quintus, and Darren Messer
