Casey Kovar

Casey Kovar, 41, Fargo, formerly of New England, died Wednesday, July 7, 2004 due to injuries sustained in a bicycle/car accident. The memorial mass will be 10 a. m. , Monday, July 12, 2004 at St. Mary?s Catholic Church, New England, with Fr. Basil Atwell, O. S. B. celebrating. Inurnment will be in St. Mary?s Cemetery, New England. There will be a rosary being said at 7:30 p. m. on Sunday at St. Mary?s Catholic Church, New England. Casey James Kovar was born on July 17, 1962 in Dickinson to Henry and Ardelle (Johnson) Kovar. He attended and played football at New England High School, graduating in 1980. He moved to Fargo after high school and has lived there since. He enjoyed bowling, shooting pool, watching sports and participating in Special Olympics. He was a member of a social club and enjoyed the activities it offered. Casey Kovar is survived by: his parents, Henry and Ardelle Kovar, New England, ND; three brothers, Dean Kovar, Great Falls, MT, Bill Kovar, New England, ND, Pat (Deb) Kovar, Dickinson, ND; four sisters, Bonnie (John) Tharaldsen, Bismarck, ND, Joan (Steve) Narum, Douglas, ND, Karla (Jim) Renfrow, Annadarko, OK, Arva (Neal) Steier, Dickinson, ND and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by: his grandparents; one brother, Ray Kovar and one niece, Sarah Kovar.
