Funeral services for Casmer Duletski, 88, of Bismarck, ND formerly of Belfield, ND are 10 a. m. Monday, October 8, 2007, at St. Bernard?s Catholic Church, Belfield with Rev. Shannon Lucht, celebrating. Interment will be in the St. Bernard?s Catholic Cemetery, Belfield. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 7, 2007, at Stevenson Funeral Home, Dickinson from 2 p. m. to 4 p. m. with a Rosary being said at 3:30 p. m. The Visitation will continue at the church in Belfield at 5 p. m. with a second rosary and vigil service at 7:30 p. m. Casmer passed away Thursday, October 4, 2007 at Med Center One in Bismarck. Casmer Peter Duletski was born on October 28, 1918 the son of John and Mary (Krasawski) Duletski in Glen Ullin, ND. He grew up and attended school in Glen Ullin. In 1928 the family moved to Belfield where they continued to farm southwest of Belfield. In 1949 Casmer was married to Eva Haag in the St. Phillips Catholic Church in Hirschville, ND. To this union, six children were born, Stephen, Lydia, John, an infant girl (deceased), Bernice and Anthony. Casmer continued to farm, a career which spanned the nearly 70 years. In his later years, he still enjoyed keeping up to date and informed with the agriculture industry. Casmer enjoyed traveling abroad, especially to Russia and Guatemala. He was very active and helped with the God?s Child Project. Casmer was a lifetime member of the St. Bernard?s Catholic Church. Survivors include, two daughters, Lydia (Dennis) Fewless, Bismarck, ND and Bernice Duletski, Overland Park, KS; two sons, John (Nancy) Duletski, Belfield and Anthony ?Tony? (Mary) Duletski, Bowman, ND; three sisters, Josephine Kordonowy and Helen (Harold) Odermann both of Dickinson, ND and Emelia Kreitinger, Bismarck, ND; a special friend, Lorraine Hoffman, Bismarck, ND; eight grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Stephen; an infant daughter, six sisters, Lena Haff, Frances Michaluk, Louise Dietz, Mary Luykx, Eva Kessel and an infant sister, Stella. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for the God?s Child Project and can be left at Stevenson Funeral Home or mailed to 45 45th Ave. West, Dickinson, ND 58601.
