Mass of Christian Burial for Cheryl Dukart, 58, of Bismarck, ND formerly of Dickinson, ND will be 1 p. m. , Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at St Patrick?s Catholic Church, Dickinson, ND with Father Todd Kreitinger celebrating and Father Steve Kranz concelebrating. Burial in the St. Patrick?s Cemetery later this spring. Visitation will be from 3 p. m. to 9 p. m. , Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at Stevenson Funeral Home, Dickinson with a Rosary and Vigil service at 6 p. m. Cheryl passed away Saturday, April 4, 2009 at MedCenter One Hospital in Bismarck, ND. Cheryl was born July 8, 1950, the daughter of Dr. Ralph and Jennie (Phillips) Dukart at St. Joseph Hospital Dickinson, ND. She grew up and attended St. Patrick?s Grade School and Trinity High School in Dickinson. Cheryl moved to Jamestown, where she lived for many years. In 1991 she moved back to Dickinson to be closer to her family. She then moved to Bismarck, ND. Cheryl enjoyed helping family and friends and received much enjoyment by giving to others. She always had a bright smile for all, as well as a kiss and hug. She made friends everywhere she went. She loved art and crafts; she liked to sing and go camping and fishing. She especially looked forward to Sunday meals with her family. Cheryl is survived by brothers; Raymond (Carol) Dukart, Tom (Angie Ruggeri) Dukart and Robert (Yvonne) Dukart; sisters, Jeannette Berger, Rosemary (Bill) Dykema, Grace (Bob) Baker, Bernadine (Tim) Olson, Theresa (Ken) Schock, Carmy (Tim) Kuntz, Marian Meier, Christine (Mitch) Valnes, Stephanie Emmil, Fran (Dick) Milner; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, especially Sarah and Mandy Valnes, Savanah Emmil and Brittany Christenson. She is preceded in death by; parents, Dr. Ralph and Jennie Dukart; brothers, Charles Dukart and a brother-in-law, Gerry Meier. A special thank you from the family goes to everyone that helped care for Cheryl at ABLE in Dickinson and PRIDE, ENABLE and MedCenter One Care Center and St. Vincent?s Care Center in Bismarck, ND.
