Christopher passed away on October 15, 2019 at Sanford Hospital in Bismarck, ND.

Christopher Frederick Scott Hageman was born August 20, 1993 to Chad Hageman and Stacy Johnston in Grand Forks. Chris grew up in Thief River Falls, MN and attended Lincoln High School graduating in 2012. At age 12, Chris was diagnosed with cancer and was treated with chemo for a year and a half. His cancer went into remission but left him with Type I Diabetes and seizures which he fought for the rest of his life. He attended Job Corp in 2013 in Minot where he met his future wife Carlie Eiss, and step-son Dayton Hook. Chris and Carlie were married October 31, 2014 and were blessed with 2 more children, Shawn and Lucille. Chris worked with his step-father, Darren Lembke at Lembke Contracting, Hebron, ND.

Chris enjoyed fishing, camping, target shooting, music and loved his fur-babies, Angel and Moody. Most of all, Chris enjoyed spending time with his family, especially at the lake. Chris always said he “beat the odds” and proved the doctors wrong by being blessed with 2 children and surviving longer than they had predicted.

Chris is survived by his parents Darren and Stacy Lembke, and Chad Hageman; wife, Carlie; children, Dayton, Shawn, and Lucille; brothers, Michael, Brandon, and Eric; grandparents, Alan and Sheila Denney, Roger and Diane Johnston; great-grandparents; in-laws, Carlton and Dorothy Eiss, and Betty Jundt; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins

He was preceded in death by his great grandma, Evelyn Johnston.
