A funeral Mass for Cody A. Kadrmas, 28, of Fargo, ND will be 1:00 p. m. , Friday, January 29, 2016 at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church with Msgr. Patrick Schumacher celebrating. Burial will follow in St. Wenceslaus Cemetery. Visitation for Cody will be from 1:00 p. m. to 8:00 p. m. , Thursday, January 28, 2016 at Stevenson Funeral Home with a rosary & vigil service being held at 7:00 p. m. Cody left this earth surrounded by his family and friends on January 24, 2016 at Essentia Health in Fargo. Cody was born in Dickinson on July 9, 1987 to Dean and Nancy Kadrmas. He was the third child and only son. In his earlier life he enjoyed golfing with his grandpa Ron. He especially loved fishing at the spillway with friends. Cody loved his video games and listening to music. He enjoyed his time hunting with his dad and target shooting with his sisters. He loved helping his Grandma Darlene plant her garden in the summer. In his adult life he enjoyed watching movies with mom and spending every chance he could playing with his niece and nephews. Cody was a die-hard Broncos fan, along with his uncle Kenny. He liked working in the oilfield and construction. Cody spent lots of his time making people laugh, and was known for his humorous personality. Cody looked forward to his unborn child and making a life with Ashley. Cody is survived by his mother Nancy (Rich) Gibbs of Fargo, ND; father, Dean Kadrmas of Dickinson, ND; sister, Mandy (Sam) Wilson of Dickinson, ND, sister Kayla Kadrmas (Blue Christianson) of Sturgis, SD; fiancé Ashley Engel and unborn child of Fargo, ND; niece Aubreigh Christianson; nephews, Taven and Dawson Wilson; grandparents, several aunts, uncles, and cousins; 3 stepbrothers and 2 stepsisters. Cody is preceded in death by his paternal grandfathers; Gerald Kadrmas and Ron Random; maternal grandparents, Kirk and Susie Kirkpatrick; and numerous great-grandparents.
