Danny Bui

A Liturgy of the Word service for Danny Bui, 19, of Dickinson will be held at 12:00 p. m. , Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Stevenson Funeral Home, Dickinson with Deacon Kris Ringwall, celebrating. Inurnment will take place in Saigon, Vietnam. Visitation for Danny will be one hour prior to the service on Thursday, July 23, 2015. Danny passed away Sunday, July 19, 2015 at CHI St. Alexius Health in Bismarck, due to injuries sustained in an accident. Danny Bui was born August 29, 1995 in Saigon, Vietnam, the son of Brian DeeJay and TuChi Nguyen. At the age of nine, his family moved to the United States and later moved to Dickinson where the family has resided since. He attended schools in Dickinson and graduated in 2014 from Dickinson High School. He was presently enrolled in Bismarck State College pursuing a career as a mechanic. Danny enjoyed basketball with the Dickinson High School Midgets. He loved playing with his cousins, especially during the winter season. Danny was a great son and a wonderful brother. He loved spending time helping his parent’s business. His parents were very proud of his understanding of the different cultures between America and Vietnam. Danny was loved by his parents, Brian and TuChi; his brother, Vincent Bui, living in Dickinson; his grandparents, Thien Bui, Cindy Le, and Chin Dang; uncles Andrew Nguyen and Phuoc Bui; aunt, Margie Duong; and cousins, McCain Duong and Maxwell Duong, who also dearly miss Danny, all live in California.
