A funeral service for Dennis Bice, 69, of Killdeer, will be held at 11:00 a.m.., Friday June 1, 2018 at Stevenson Funeral Home, 2067 1st Street West, Dickinson with Pastor Ron Hodson officiating.  Visitation for Dennis will take place one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Military Rites will be presented by the Dickinson American Legion Post #3 Honor Guard.  Interment will follow in Oakdale Cemetery north of Killdeer.

Dennis James Bice passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on May 23, 2018. Born October 21, 1948, Dennis grew up, and played basketball, in Killdeer.  He served in the US Army National Guard, attended NDSCS in Wahpeton, and went on to a career in the auto industry.

Realizing his calling, Dennis moved back to Killdeer to take over the family ranch.  He enjoyed the outdoors; hunting and fishing.  Dennis loved the MN Vikings, his family, friends and his animals, especially his four-legged buddy, Biscuit.

Dennis was preceded in death by parents, Helen and Hillis Bice.  He was the father of Jason Bice of Bismarck and Justin (Leah) Bice of the Twin Cities; grandfather of Everett & Kianti; and Olivia & Henry; and brother of Charlotte (Ken) Johnson of Rapid City.  Dennis was a dear friend to many.  He will be greatly missed but will live on in our hearts forever.

A special thank you to Charlotte Johnson, Wylie and Vickie Bice, Wayne Kukla, Jeff Kuntz and Rick Reems.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Oakdale Cemetery, 409 ND-22, Killdeer, ND 58640, (701) 764-5308
