Diane Clark

Funeral Services for Diane Clark, 51, of Baker will be held 11:00 a. m. , Monday, March 21, 2005 at the Fallon Medical Complex Chapel in Baker. Burial will be at a later date in the family lot at Great Falls, Montana. Visitation will be on Monday, March 21, 2005 from 8:00 a. m. to 10:00 a. m. at Stevenson Funeral Home, continuing at Fallon Medical Complex Chapel. Diane passed away Friday, March 18, 2005 surrounded by her caregivers at the Fallon Medical Complex in Baker. She was born on March 1, 1954 the daughter of Lester and Beverly (DeFoe) Clark in Portland, OR. After her birth, the family knew they had a very special girl that needed very special care. Diane lived with her family for several years. Due to the care that she needed, Diane lived at Boulder for several years. After this facility was closed in 1969, she made her home in Baker at the Fallon Medical Complex. She soon warmed the hearts and souls of the hundreds of caregivers that began to take care of her needs for the next 30 years. Over the years, there were hundreds of Diane stories that developed from the residents who lived with her and the caregivers who took care of her. Though her communications were limited, her caregivers would always smile when Diane would give them a little smile or sound when she enjoyed what they were doing. Even though Diane has passed away, her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched in a very special way. Survivors include: her father, Lester H. Clark, Great Falls, MT; three sisters, Peggy (Bobby) McCullough, Nancy Clark both of Great Falls and Carolyne Clark, Coalinga, CA; two brothers, Thomas (Sharon) Clark, Fairfield, MT and David (Shelly) Clark, Beaverton, OR and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Mother, Beverly in 1996 and an infant sister, Leslie.
