A funeral Mass for Donna A. Miller, 75, of Dickinson, will be 1:00 p. m. , Friday, February 6, 2015 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with Father Keith Streifel celebrating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Visitation for Donna will be from 1:00 p. m. to 8:00 p. m. , Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Stevenson Funeral Home with a rosary & vigil service being held at 7:00 p. m. Donna passed away Monday, February 2, 2015 at CHI St. Alexius Health in Bismarck. Donna Miller was born June 28, 1939 in Dickinson, the daughter of George and Edna (Zabel) Armbrust. She grew up in Dickinson, attending St. Joseph’s grade school and graduated from Dickinson Central High School in 1957. Donna furthered her education attending Business School in Fargo and later at Dickinson State University Teacher’s College. It was during this time that she met Michael W. Miller, and the two were married in Salt Lake City on October 22, 1960. The couple lived in Salt Lake City for twelve years, and then returned to Dickinson where they made their home ever since. Through the years Donna worked as an Assistant Registrar at Dickinson State University. She retired in 1999, but stayed active with volunteering at St. Benedict’s, St. Joseph’s Hospital, St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and RSVP. Donna liked to bake, especially chocolate chip cookies for her grandchildren. She loved reading and traveling, her most memorable trips being her cruises. Donna is survived by her husband, Michael W. ; sons, Keith A. (Cheryl) Miller of Dickinson, Gerald (Becky) Miller and Jim (Callie) Miller both of Blaine, MN; daughter, Michelle (Jim) Seil of Heaton, ND; sisters, Audrey Ochs of Hamilton, MT, Jean (Edwin) Ridl of Dickinson; twelve grandchildren, Misy, Cathy, Jason, Justin, Christopher, BreighAnna, Brooke, Samantha, Logan, Rylee, Valvano, Karston, and two great-grandchildren, Keelin and Amilia. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Edna; brother-in-law, Bill Ochs, and son-in-law, Kim Lukenbach.
