Burial will be in the St. Josaphat?s Cemetery, Gorham, ND. Visitation will be from 2 p. m. to 9 p. m. , Friday, October 16, 2009 at Stevenson Funeral Home Dickinson, ND with a Rosary Service at 4 p. m. Dora passed away October 10, 2009 at the Hallmark Manor in Federal Way, WA. Dora Demianiw was born April 1, 1914 in Gorham, ND to Petro and Ann (Kopichuk) Demianiw. She attended grade school in Hudson, NY and graduated from high school in NY. Dora attended college in Seattle, WA graduating with her nursing degree. She worked for Swedish Hospital in Seattle for 20 years. She retired at the age of 70. Dora enjoyed church and traveling. Dora is survived by her sister, Sylvia (Lee) Palmer, Renton, WA; niece, Bonnie Lyons, Tukwilla, WA and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by both parents; 4 brothers and 5 sisters.
