Mass of Christian Burial for Doreen Arrington, 68, of Mott, formerly of New England, is 2:00 p. m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2004 at St. Mary?s Catholic Church with Father Basil Atwell, celebrating. Interment will follow in St. Mary?s Catholic Cemetery. Visitation is Monday from 12:00 p. m. to 5:00 p. m. at Stevenson-Mischel-Olson Chapel. Continuing on Tuesday from 9:00 a. m. until the service with a rosary at 11:00 a. m. at St. Mary?s Catholic Church, New England, ND. Doreen passed away on Friday, February 20, 2004 at Good Samaritan Nursing Center. Doreen was born August 24, 1935 in New England, ND to Pete and Magdalena (Wayer) Lenhardt. She attended country school and then St. Mary?s High School. Doreen found enjoyment and relaxation in knitting, crocheting, playing bingo and gardening. Her love for nature was found in fishing and camping with family and friends. Doreen cherished spending time with her family, dogs and birds. Doreen will be greatly missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Adele (Todd) Fitterer, New England, granddaughters, Ivy, India and grandson, Ian; sister Anna (Lenhardt) Roller, New England, ND; brother Nick (Ellen) Lenhardt, New England, ND; Nieces, Daniela (Don) Howie and Penny (Curt) Tooley and families; and nephew, Eugene (Diana) Roller and family. She was preceded in death by her parents, infant brother, Albert and five infant sons. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in memory of Doreen Arrington, PO Box 482, New England, ND 58647.
