A funeral service for Dylen Ollila, 16, of Dickinson, will be 10:30 a. m. , Thursday, January 28, 2016 at Stevenson Funeral Home in Dickinson with Pastor Tim Privratsky officiating. Entombment will follow in the Dickinson Mausoleum. Visitation for Dylen will be 4:00 p. m. – 7:00 p. m. on Wednesday, January 27 at the funeral home, with a prayer service being held at 7:00 p. m. Dylen passed way peacefully in his sleep Saturday, January 23, 2016 at his home in Dickinson. Dylen Lee was born March 7, 1999 in Miles City, MT the son of Elmer Ollila and Jennifer Jo Cummins. Dylen was a student at Dickinson High School. He shared his time and service with Special Olympics, coaching and partnering. Dylen enjoyed video games, fishing and camping. Those who knew him well knew that he was fond of tearing things apart and putting them back together again. Dylen was a Dale Earnhardt Jr. fan, as well as an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Michigan Wolverines. He will be dearly missed. Dylen is survived by his parents, Jennifer Jo and Todd Gonser of Dickinson; his father, Elmer “Kris” (Sandy) Ollila of Rapid City, SD; brothers, Devin and Dylan Gonser of Dickinson, Mason Ollila of Rapid City, SD and Daniel Hackett of SD; and sister, KaTrina Ollila of Dickinson; grandparents: Fred (Sheryll) Ford of Bowman, ND, Mike Cummins of Lemmon, SD, Ruth Williams of Colton, CA, Harold (Karen) Gonser of Hemet, CA, and Chuck (Alice) Ollila of Rapid City, SD; great-grandmother, June Bagley of Marmarth, ND; special friend, Emily Kostelecky of Dickinson; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his other great-grandparents.
