Funeral service for Eli Jay Fettig, age 4 days, of Holiday Shores, Illinois, will be 3:00 p.m., Friday, September 30, 2011 in the Chapel of Stevenson Funeral Home, Killdeer. Burial will follow in Killdeer Cemetery. A time of fellowship will follow the graveside service at the American Legion Hall in Killdeer.


Eli died at 11:05 a.m. on Monday, September 12, 2011 at his home, knowing only love.


Eli Jay Fettig was born on September 8, 2011 at 11:34 p.m. in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of Sheldon J. & Heather J. (Lund) Fettig.


Eli is survived by a proud big sister Danika Fettig of Holiday Shores; maternal grandparents David & Laurie Lund of West Fargo, ND; paternal grandparents Royd & Janette Fettig of Killdeer, ND. Eli is the nephew of Darin & Marie Lund of Phoenix, AZ, Adam & Cheri Lund of West Fargo, ND, Crystal & Todd Seelhammer of Minneapolis, MN, Tasha Lund of West Fargo, ND, Shawn & Rachelle Fettig of Detroit Lakes, MN, and Erik & Nicole Shoquist of Mansfield, TX. Eli is the cousin of Breanna, Myah, Kiera, Karlie, Marnie, Payton, and Reegan.


Eli was preceded in death by one brother Wyatt Nick Fettig.


Memorials may be made to Wings Perinatal Hospice and/or Share Anderson Hospital.
