Ella Heinle

Ella Heinle, 87, of the Marian Manor in Glen Ullin and formerly of Hebron, died Thursday, September 18, 2008 at the Marian Manor. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Central time on Monday, Sept. 22, 2008 at the First Baptist Church in Hebron. Visitation will be on Sunday from 4-8 pm with a prayer service at 7:30 in the Spangelo Funeral Home in Hebron. Burial will be in the First Baptist Cemetery in Hebron. Ella Margaret Delzer was born May 20, 1921 at Elgin, ND the daughter of Karl and Lydia (Trautman) Delzer. She was raised and worked on the family farm and attended rural school. On October 31, 1943 she married Ben Heinle at the First Baptist Church in Hebron. Following marriage they farmed on the Fred Schneider place until 1947, and on the August Draeb farm until they moved into Hebron in 1952. Since Ben worked in construction they lived for several months in Colorado, Iowa, Wyoming, Montana, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Ella loved to quilt, do embroidery work, and family tree history. She entered the Marian Manor in Glen Ullin in June of 2007. She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law: LeRoy and Carol Heinle, Augusta, MT, Calvin and Dorothy Heinle, Dickinson, ND and Lynole Heinle, Hebron, ND, and one daughter and son-in-law: Idella and Randall Tuttle, Ewing, Neb. . 10 grandchildren: Beverly, Kevin and Misty, Susan, Steven, Kayla, Michelle, Jeremy, Meghan, and Allison, and five step grandchildren: Jim, Kellie, Kari, Chris, and Darin and eight great grandchildren: Matthew, Nathaniel, Gavin, Amanda, Sidney, Julian, Tyler, and Katelyn. She also leaves two sisters: Kathryn Gomke, Elgin, ND and Hillia Kitzan, Bismarck, ND. Ella was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers Theodore, Albert, and Emanuel, three sisters Alvina, Adeline, and Bertha.
