Mass of Christian Burial for Esther Bremer, 70 of Baker, MT will be at 10:00 a. m. on Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at St. John?s Catholic Church in Baker, MT. Rite of Committal will follow in St. John?s Catholic Cemetery at Baker. Visitation will be 4:00 p. m. to 9:00 p. m. on Monday, February 11th, at Stevenson Funeral Home with a Rosary Service at 7:00 p. m. Esther passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2013, Fallon Medical Complex in Baker. Esther Jean Bremer was born in Baker, MT on February 11, 1942, a daughter of John and Pauline (Graff) Ehret. She graduated from Plevna High School in 1960, and worked at Ruth?s Caf?. Esther met Gerald Bremer and the two were married on August 25, 1962 at St. John?s Catholic Church in Baker. This union was blessed with five children, Colleen, Pam, Kim, Jason and Tamra. They made their home in Baker where Esther was a devoted wife and mother in raising her family. She was a member of St. John?s Catholic Daughters and the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed bowling, gardening and coffee with the ladies. After Gerald passed away in 1985, she was employed at the Ben Franklin Store and then at Fallon Medical Complex as a cook. In 2010, Esther retired and enjoyed being with her family and friends, she especially enjoyed doing puzzles with the ladies. Esther is survived by her children, Colleen (Hue) Croy of Ennis, MT, Pam (Doug) Chisam of Bellevue, NE, Kim (Vance) O?Donnell of Baker, MT, Jason Bremer of Memphis, TN and Tamra (Brent) Lorbiecke of Baker, MT; eight grandchildren, Derrick (Darcie) O?Donnell, Payton and MiKenna O?Donnell, Cole, Elic and Silas Chisam and Donovan and Colin Lorbiecke; a sister, Betty Buerkle of Baker, MT; a brother, Leonard (Carol) Ehret of Sidney, MT and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Bremer, her parents, John and Pauline Ehret and a brother, Richard Ehret.
