Funeral Mass for Ethel Bogner, 74, of Dickinson, is 10:00 a. m. Friday, December 1, 2006, at St. Patrick?s Catholic Church in Dickinson with Father Austin Vetter officiating. Burial will be in the St. Patrick?s Cemetery. Visitation will be 9:00 a. m. ? 9:00 p. m. Thursday, November 30, 2006 at Stevenson-Mischel-Olson Chapel. Ethel passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2006 at Marion Manor HealthCare Center, Glen Ullin, ND. Ethel was born on September 18, 1932 at Lefor, ND the daughter of Joe M. and Catherine (Dengel) Bogner. She attended grade school in Lefor later moving into Dickinson with her family where she graduated from Central High School in Dickinson. She began working for the Dickinson Press before moving to St. Paul, MN. Ethel worked for Webb Publishing as a bookkeeper for many years. She returned to Dickinson in 1978 where she cared for her parents and her uncle Mike and made her home since. Due to failing health, Ethel entered the Marion Manor in Glen Ullin. Her faith was an important part of Ethel?s life. She enjoyed reading and the company of two special nephews. Ethel was an accomplished seamstress, enjoyed crocheting and caring for her garden and flowers. Survivors include two sisters, Lucille (Ed) Bechtold, Bismarck, ND and Theresa Nelson, Duluth, MN; a brother, Larry (Clementine) Bogner, Dickinson, ND and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Joe P. Bogner.
