Military Rites by the Dickinson Drill Team. Eugene passed away October 24, 2008 at his home in Evans, GA. He was a native of Cheyenne Wyo. and was a U. S. Navy veteran. Eugene is survived by his wife; Karen Atkinson; son, Brian Atkinson; daughter, Kim Travis and her husband Joseph and several brothers and sisters
