A Funeral Mass for Eva M. Dvorak, 94, of Dickinson, will be 11:00 a. m. , Saturday, September 6, 2014 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Dickinson with Father Todd Kreitinger celebrating. Burial will take place in St. Wenceslaus Cemetery. Visitation for Eva will be 3:00 to 8:00 p. m. , Friday, September 5th at Stevenson Funeral Home (2067 1st St W) with a rosary and vigil service being held at 7:00 p. m. Eva ended her earthly journey on Tuesday, September 2, 2014, at St Benedict’s Health Center, Dickinson, ND. Eva Perzinski was born in Dickinson, ND on December 18, 1919 to George and Anna (Malarchick) Perzinski. On June 11, 1946, Eva married Paul P. Dvorak at St. Mary’s Church in South Heart, ND. They were married for 60 years and had 5 children. She worked as a Housekeeper at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Dickinson for many years and her sense of humor was always welcomed. Eva took great pride in her work. She was known to be an excellent cook and her perogies and creamed chicken will be fondly remembered. When not cooking, Eva could be found near the television humorously devoted to her “programs”. Eva is survived by her two daughters, Marti Dvorak of Bismarck, ND and Geri Dvorak of Fargo, ND and one son, Marvin (Linda) Dvorak, Dickinson, ND. She leaves behind multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Eva was preceded in death by her husband, Paul P. Dvorak; son, Virgil Dvorak; daughter, Bernadette Decker; son-in-law Bruce Decker; and multiple siblings.
