Eva Hannah Potter, 91, Dickinson, died Monday, March 8, 2004, at St. Benedict?s Health Center, Dickinson. Funeral services are 1p. m. , Friday, March 12, 2004, at Price-Murphy Funeral Home, Dickinson, with the Rev. Pat Higgins, officiating. Interment will be in Dickinson Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be Friday at Price-Murphy Funeral Home from 9 a. m. to 1p. m. Eva Hannah Lindgron was born on December 23, 1912, in Maddock, ND to John C. and Emma (Kottke) Lindgron. After the death of her mother, Dr. J. C. and Enola Hanson adopted her. She attended B. C. A. T. S. and on June 27, 1930, she married Chester Evenson of Oberon. They resided in Minnewaukan, ND and had one son, Stanley. Their marriage later ended in a divorce. Eve then attended beauty school in Wisconsin, and was a beautician for several years. Eve later moved to Missoula, Mont. and then to Dickinson. While living in Dickinson she was employed as an office manager for Federal Crop Insurance until her retirement. She entered St. Benedict?s Health Center in October of 1989. She is survived by: one daughter-in-law, Audrey Evenson, Enumclaw, Wash. ; three grandchildren, Stan Jr. , Cheri and John Evenson; two great-grandchildren, David Kimball and Shelby Evenson; one brother, Claudius A. (Florence) Wold, Bismarck; one sister, Charlotte Wachter, Mesa, Ariz. ; special friend, Josie Dyer, Dickinson, and several nieces and nephews.
