Florence Heinle

Funeral services for Florence Heinle, 84, of Hebron, will be 2:00 p. m. CDT, Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at First Congregational UCC Church, Hebron, with Pastor Marcy Dawson officiating. Burial will take place at First Congregational Cemetery. Visitation for Florence will be from 10:00 a. m. to 2:00 p. m. CDT on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at First Congregational Church, Hebron. Florence passed away June 4, 2016 at Marian Manor Health Care Center, Glen Ullin. Florence Opp was born August 14, 1931 to John and Helen (Kitzan) Opp. She grew up and attended school in Glen Ullin through the eighth grade. Florence helped on the family farm until she met Roy Heinle at a wedding. The couple was married on April 26, 1953 in Glen Ullin. After marriage Roy and Florence took over the Heinle family farm. Together they worked side by side for over 63 years. Florence was active with the First Congregational Church in Hebron. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting and baking and was known for her homemade noodles. Florence is survived by her husband, Roy Heinle; brothers, Marvin Opp of Glen Ullin, Adam Opp of Hazen and John Opp of Bismarck; sisters, Alice Wetzel of Glen Ullin, Gladys (Roland) Fischer of Mandan, Hilda (Gary) Gappert of Mandan and Helen (Delmar) Bickel of Bismarck; and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents John and Helen (Kitzan) Opp; and brothers, Ray and Emil Opp.
