Florence Huber, age 87 of Glen Ullin, died Thursday, November 22, 2007 at her home under the care of her family and Hospice. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 26, 2007, at 10:30 AM Central time at the Evangelical Congregational Church in Glen Ullin. Visitation will be on Sunday from 4-8 PM at the Spangelo Funeral Home in Glen Ullin with a prayer service at 7:00 PM. Burial will be in the Friendship Community Cemetery rural Glen Ullin. Florence was born June 6, 1920 in Glen Ullin, ND, the daughter of Henry and Christina (Stauss) Wetzel. She was raised on the farm and educated in a country school. Florence helped on the farm and cared for her younger siblings. Florence married Albert Huber on December 20, 1942, at Glen Ullin. Following marriage, they farmed north of Glen Ullin on the Huber homestead. After Albert?s death, Florence moved into Glen Ullin where she resided until her death. Florence loved to bake kuchen, strudel, and other German baked goods. Her special gift for baking and her Christmas cookies will be missed by many people in the area. Florence is survived by her daughter Dolores Voegele, Beulah, ND; one grandson: Bryant (Lora) Voegele of Glen Ullin; one granddaughter: Candace Morris, Tulsa, OK; and two great grandchildren: Macy Morris and Jaxson Voegele. She is also survived by her brothers: Peter, Eddy, and Clarence, all of Glen Ullin, and Oscar of Bismarck, ND; and her sisters: Bertha Klein, Glen Ullin, and Irene Schnaidt, Hebron. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband on October 16, 1970, and her brothers Paul, Rudy, Alvin, Henry and Marvin. Officiating: Rev.
