Frank Eberts

Frank X. Eberts, 92, South Heart, died Monday, April 14, 2003, at St. Alexius Medical Center, Bismarck. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a. m. Monday, April 21, 2003, at St. Mary?s Catholic Church, South Heart, with the Rev. Shannon G. Lucht celebrating. Interment will be in St. Mary?s Cemetery, South Heart. Visitation will be Sunday at Price-Murphy Funeral Home from noon to 9 p. m. with a rosary and prayer service at 7:30 p. m. led by Rev. Shannon G. Lucht. Frank was born February 15, 1911, in South Heart, to Paul and Mechtilde (Froehlich) Eberts. He married Katherine Heidt on November 9, 1943, in South Heart. They farmed and ranched on the family homestead until 1978, when they moved into South Heart. He continued to help out on the farm. Frank enjoyed visiting with friends and family. He was a member of St. Mary?s Catholic Church. Frank is survived by his wife, Katherine, South Heart; two daughters, Carol (Ken) Lefor, South Heart and Sandra (Tim) Gerou, Brainerd, Minn. ; seven grandchildren, one great-granddaughter; and two sisters-in-law. He was preceded in death by: his parents, four brothers and one sister.
