A Memorial Service for Glinnie C. Ondricek, 91, of Dickinson, will be held in the spring of 2011 in Pierre, South Dakota. Glinnie passed away Saturday, December 11, 2010 at St. Luke?s Home, Dickinson. Glinnie Cloette Cunningham was born January 31, 1919 in Bee Branch, Arkansas, the daughter of John and Zadie (Johnson) Cunningham. She spent her younger years in Arkansas. Glinnie married William Ondricek and moved to the Pierre, South Dakota area where she made her home until moving to St. Luke?s Home to be near her daughter, Doris Callahan. Glinnie loved photography and cooking and always tried new recipes. She enjoyed all kinds of crafts, needle point and was a collector of salt and pepper shakers. Glinnie also enjoyed sewing, especially making doll clothing for her daughters and made numerous spreads. When Glinnie moved to Dickinson, she was missed by many friends in the Pierre area. Glinnie is survived by her daughter Doris (Robert) Callahan of Dickinson; one son-in-law, Don Sichterman of Appachie Junction, AZ; one granddaughter, Donetta (Cary) Fleming of Euless, TX; one grandson, Steven (Jenny) Sichterman of Bryant, AR; one great-grandson, Steven Jr. ; one nephew, Clyde of AZ and one niece, Cloette of NJ. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Zadie Cunningham; her husband William; one daughter, Julia Sichterman; two brothers, Leslie and Alvin Cunningham; two sisters, Elsie Smith and Alta Smith and one niece Zadie Gamble. The family suggests memorial to Heartland Hospice or the charity of your choice.
