Mass of Christian burial for Helen Roller, 85, of Dickinson, ND will be 1 p. m. , Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at St. Patrick?s Catholic Church Dickinson, ND with Father Casimir Paluck celebrating. Burial will follow in St Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be 9 a. m. to 9 p. m. , Monday, December 8, 2008 at Stevenson Funeral Home, Dickinson with a rosary and vigil service at 7 p. m. Visitation will continue from 8 a. m. to 12 p. m. , Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at Stevenson Funeral Home. Helen passed away December 5, 2008 at St. Luke?s Home in Dickinson, ND. Helen Roller was born June 5, 1923, to Frank and Rose (Faiman) Binstock on the family farm in Dunn County. She grew up and attended school in New Hradec. She met Ralph Roller and the two were married November 24, 1942 at St. Pius Catholic Church in Schefield, ND. The couple made their home on a farm south west of Schefield until they moved to Dickinson in 1956. They have called Dickinson home ever since and this is where they raised their family of six children. Helen began working at St. Joseph?s Hospital in the housekeeping department where she worked for over 20 years. Helen has made Dickinson her home. She loved playing cards, puzzles, scrabble, as well as embroidery. Helen was a great cook and especially known for her ?donuts,? she also enjoyed Gardening. Helen was a member of Christian Mothers and St. Patrick?s Catholic Church. Helen is survived by her sons, Donald (Janet), Billings, MT, Tim (Terrie), Dickinson, ND, Kevin (Dawn), Dickinson, ND; daughters, Arlene (Jim) Baum, Billings, MT, Joan (Markus) Obritsch, Dickinson, ND, Doris (Raynald) Frank, Dickinson, ND; 14 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; sisters, Anna Bren, Minnie Roller, Justine Wanner all of Dickinson, ND, Veronica Billman, Billings, MT and Rose (Van) Stockert, Steele, ND; sister-in-law, Mildred Binstock, Fargo, ND. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph; both of her parents; brothers, Anton, Albert and an infant brother Edward Binstock; sister, Christine Wanner
