Ida Brennan

Funeral Service for Ida Brennan, 69, of Dickinson, ND will be 2 p. m. , Saturday, March 14, 2009 at Belfield Lutheran Church with Pastor Roger Dieterle officiating. Burial will be in the Belfield Lutheran Cemetery at a later date. Visitation for Ida will be from 9 a. m. to 7 p. m. on Friday, March 13, 2009 at Stevenson Funeral Home in Dickinson. Ida passed away Thursday, March 12, 2009 at St. Joseph?s Hospital and Health Care in Dickinson, NDIda Leone Brennan was born August 4, 1939 in Alexandria, ND to David and Clara (Burkstead) Brennan. She grew up on the family farm and attended the area country schools in Alexandria, Gorham and Fryberg, ND. She lived throughout the Dickinson and Belfield areas for the remainder of her life. Ida enjoyed spending time with her family and friends but she especially treasured her time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed drawing, working in her yard and garden. The long winter had her eager to start her garden work this coming spring. Ida is survived by her son Randall Prociv of Dickinson; three daughters, Debbie Prociv Brown of Dickinson; Shelly Prociv Hushka of Dickinson; Kelly Prociv of Shawnee, OK; brothers, Daniel (Irene) Brennan of Amidon, ND; Franklin (Betty) Brennan of WY; sisters, Thelma (Ted) Bohn of Sentinel Butte, ND; Betty Campbell of Dickinson; Ellen Urban of Dickinson; eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren;She was preceded in death by both of her parents, daughter, Tracy Prociv; grandson, Jeremiah Jenson; and sister, Violet Brennan.
