James passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2018 in Bismarck.
Born September 3, 2003 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Dickinson, ND.
We came very close to losing him that day and in the preceding week or so. He was a bundle of Joy to us all. His two brothers Scott (Skott) and Michael Lampl, his mother Crystal Morrison and his Dad Karl Lampl loved him so very much. We watched him grow into an outstanding young man. Always ready to smile, tell a joke, or to inform you about that obscure fact he just learned. He attended grade school in Dickinson, ND and middle and the beginning of his freshman year of High School in Bismarck, ND. James always loved any animal. If he saw a dog or cat he had to stop everything he was doing to pet and play with them. He wanted to be a Veterinarian after High School and work around the Dickinson area like Dr. Pol does in Wisconsin. James loved to go fishing, target shooting, fireworks, riding the 4 wheeler, spending time talking with his Dad, playing with his cat Tilly, roughhousing and running around with Faye and Thor his German Shepherds and helping his grandparents John and Venita when he stayed with his father. He was just learning to drive and he was very good at it. He loved his cat Tilly and his mom’s dog Mia very much. Unfortunately James was feeling a lot of pain over the breakup of his close family. Things did not go as he wanted and it hurt James very much. He was unable to heal as time went on. When the pain became too much for him to bear on September 25, 2018 he took his own life feeling there was no end to his pain in sight. If only I could have taken his pain onto myself. Everyone will miss him until the day they pass on also. He has left a void in his Dad and Mom’s heart that will never be filled or healed. His grandparents will miss him greatly John and Venita Lampl (Dickinson, ND), and Sharon Bull (Bismarck, ND). James is survived by his two older brothers Scott and Michael, his grieving mother Crystal, his loving and heartbroken father Karl, Grandparents John, Venita, and Sharon. Aunts Tina, Kim, Rita. Uncles John, Jacob, Don, Pat, and many Great Aunts and Uncles, first, second and third cousins. For all those that met James they will forever remember him. God take James into your arms and heal his pain and flood him with love for all eternity. Until we meet again Son, Brother, Grandson, Nephew, Friend, WE LOVE AND MISS YOU JAMES FOREVER.
Due to severe allergies in the family, please refrain from using cologne or perfume the day of the prayer service or funeral Mass.
The family suggests donations be made in James’ memory to Bismarck Animal Shelter.
