Jean Moltrum

Funeral Services for Jean Moltrum, 82, of Dickinson are pending with the Stevenson Funeral Home of Dickinson. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in California. Jean Elizabeth Moltrum passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2007 at St. Luke?s Home in Dickinson. Jean was born on July 12, 1924 the daughter of George and Mae Sellmer in Gary, Indiana. She grew up, attended school and graduated from high school in Gary. After her marriage she moved to Orange County, CA where she worked and raised her children. Jean worked with electronics at Beckman Instruments. She enjoyed her friends and getting together with them and family. Jean also enjoyed golfing, camping and working on her home in California. In 2003, she moved to Dickinson to be closer to her daughter, Lynn and made her home at St. Luke?s since that time. Her family would like to thank all of Jean?s caregivers at St. Luke?s for the wonderful care she received and would like to thank all of Jean?s friends as well at St. Luke?s. Survivors include, three daughters, Lynn (Lance) Dirk, Dickinson, Judy Carter, Vancouver, WA and Sherry DeVee, Yorba Linda, CA; a son, Greg Ernst, Newport Beach, CA; a brother, Don (Betty) Sellmer, Carmel, IN and five grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren
