God saw his angel was hurt, picked her up in his arms and carried her to heaven. Jessica Strommen went to be with God and prepare for her family to join her. Funeral service for Jessica Strommen, 27, of Killdeer, ND will be 2:00 p. m. Friday, October 5, 2007 at the St. John?s Lutheran Church with Pastor Steve Schou officiating. Burial will be in the Whetstone Cemetery west of Killdeer. Visitation will be 9 a. m. to 9 p. m. Thursday, Oct. 4, 2007 at the Stevenson Funeral Home in Killdeer with a Prayer service being held at 7:00 p. m. at the Killdeer chapel. Visitation will continue on Friday from 9:00 a. m. to 12:00 p. m. at Stevenson Funeral Home in Killdeer and one hour prior to the service on Friday at the church. Jessica passed away Monday October 1, 2007 due to an automobile accident near Killdeer, ND. Jessica Lee Allmendinger Strommen was born December 19, 1979 in Dickinson, ND the daughter of LeeRay and Diane (Jepson) Allmendinger. She graduated from Golden Valley High School in 1998 and was active in volleyball and played the alto & soprano saxophone in the band. Jessica had a great love for life. She had a special passion for small children, animals and all of God?s creatures large or small. She enjoyed hunting with her dad and brother. She also liked to cook, crochet, sew and swim. Jessica?s love will live on in her children, RaiLeigh and Agustus, who are her greatest gifts of all. Her heart remains with her husband, Chris to be shared with us all. One of Jessica?s passions was that she was a very giving, caring, compassionate person and always put others first. She will be missed by all, but her ray of sunshine will continue to be seen. Jessica is survived by her husband Chris; daughter, RaiLeigh; son, Agustus all of Killdeer; parents, LeeRay Allmendinger of Beulah; Diane Allmendinger of Dodge; brother, Kelly (Jamie) Allmendinger of Halliday; sister, Tarri (Kendall) Allmendinger of Killdeer; Grandfathers, William Allmendinger of Dodge, ND; Wilbur Jepson of Killdeer, ND; Grandmother, Eunice Strommen; father-in-law, Verlyn (Nanette) Strommen of Killdeer; mother-in-law, Nancy (Randy) Larsen of Fosston, MN; two sisters-in-law; Amanda Dickens, Elizabeth Strommen; brother-in-law, Vance Strommen; five nieces and nephews, Trevor and Amber Brien, Malakye Dickens, Hannah Davis, and Baby Bear. She is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends and was loved by all. She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Agnes (Peggy) Jepson and Viola (Dot) Allmendinger; and an Uncle, Guy Allmendinger
