John LaFlamme

Funeral Mass for John LaFlamme, 36, of Dickinson will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at St. Charles Catholic Church in Bowman with Father Paul Eberle celebrating. A rosary will be led at 10:30 a.m., prior to the service. Burial will take place in Black Hills National Cemetery, Sturgis, SD.


John passed away Sunday, September 24, 2017 at CHI St. Alexius in Dickinson.


John Michael was born December 20, 1980, in Franklin, New Hampshire, the son of Michael F. and Patricia (Marcoux) LaFlamme. He attended Titusville High School and graduated in 1998. John enlisted and served in the US Army from 1998-2006. Following his honorable discharge, he worked in the oilfield in North Dakota. In 2009, he began working as an electrician in the area. He was married to Felise (Grob) LaFlamme from 1998-2009. He was blessed with three children and a step-daughter. John loved the Orioles; baseball was his life.


John is survived by his mother, Patricia LaFlamme; grandmother, Cecile Marcoux; Godmother, JoAnn Grob; son, John G. LaFlamme; daughters, Kristina LaFlamme, Michaela LaFlamme, step-daughter, Ann-Marie Grob; grandson, Vincent Erickson; brother, Raymond LaFlamme; girlfriend, Jody Long.


He was preceded in death by his father, Michael F. LaFlamme; best friend, Vincent Grob.
