Funeral Mass for Josephine Malicki, 98, of Belfield will be Tuesday, September 14, 2004 at 11:00 a. m. at the St. Bernard?s Catholic Church in Belfield with Father Casimar Paluck officiating. Burial will follow at St. Bernard?s Catholic Cemetery in Belfield. Visitation will be Monday from 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m. at Stevenson-Mischel-Olson Chapel and will continue at 5:00 p. m. followed by a Rosary and Vigil Service at 7:00 p. m. at St. Bernard?s Catholic Church, Belfield. Visitation on Tuesday will be one hour prior to service. Josephine passed away Thursday, September 9, 2004 at the St. Benedict?s Health Center. Josephine was born July 7, 1906 in Billings County, the daughter of Carl and Albina Strilczuk Paluck. She was grew up on the family farm and attended schools near Fairfield in Billings County. On November 21, 1922 Josephine was married to Ignatiaul Malicki at St. Stanislous Catholic Church north of Belfield. Her husband died June 27, 1929 and Josephine was very proud that he served in WWI. In 1935 Josephine moved with her family to Belfiled. She was a member of the Christian Mothers, Catholic Daughters, Senior Citizens Club and was the Chairman of Adoration Hour at St. Bernard?s Catholic Church for fifty years and received an award from the Knights of Columbus. Survivors include two sons, Frank (Kolleen) Malicki, Flower Mound, TX and Charles (Betty) Malicki, Riverton, WY; two daughters, Josephine (Leonard) Godlasky, Las Vegas, NV and Pauline (Mitch) Gulka, Yucaipa, CA; 25 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ignatz; a daughter, Martha Whiddon; a brother, Frank Paluck; two sisters, Pauline Paluck (Sister Rufina) and a sister, Sophie Paluck; a grandson, Leonard Godlasky and two nephews, Joseph and Stanley Paluck
