Funeral service for Joseph Krivobok, 89, of Killdeer is 10:00 a. m. , Monday, August 27, 2007 at the Stevenson Funeral Home in Killdeer with Pastor Tim Voth officiating. Burial will be in the Killdeer Cemetery. Visitation is from 1 – 8 p. m. , Sunday, August 26, 2007 at Stevenson Funeral Home, Killdeer, and continues from 8-10 a. m. Monday August 27, 2007 at the chapel of Stevenson Funeral Home, Killdeer. Joseph passed away Monday, August 20, 2007 at Hill Top Home of Comfort, Killdeer. Joseph was born July 9, 1918 on the family ranch in Dunn County, ND the son of Sam and Harpina Krivobok. He grew up and attended school in the local country schools of the area and graduated from the Killdeer High School in 1936. After his schooling, he joined the CCC?s before returning to the family farm. It was his love of the land which kept him in the farming business through the years and he took great pride in his farming operation. Joe was very handy and could fix anything that needed attention. He enjoyed having coffee and visiting with his many friends. He also took many road trips to Oregon and California to visit friends and relatives over the years. Joe is survived by: one brother, Bill (Vid) Krivobok of Jamestown, ND and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by: his parents; a brother, Stephen Krivobok and a sister Anna K. Carlson.
