Katherine Texley

Katherine Texley, 85, Boca Raton, Florida, formerly of the Gladstone area, died Monday, May 1, 2006 in Boca Raton of natural causes. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a. m. , Friday, May 19, 2006, at St. Thomas Catholic Church, Gladstone, with Fr. Boniface Muggli, O. S. B. celebrating. Interment will be in the St. Thomas Cemetery, Gladstone. Visitation will be 9 a. m. to 7 p. m. , Thursday, May 18, 2006, at Price-Murphy Funeral Home, Dickinson. Visitation will continue on Friday at the church one hour prior to the service. Katherine Zillich was born July 29, 1920 in Gladstone, ND to Peter and Mary (Bohn) Zillich. She was a teacher in two one-room schoolhouses in Dunn County, and taught in Clintondale Schools in Michigan for 25 years. She is survived by: one son, Gary (Juliana) Texley, Boca Raton, Florida; two grandsons, Greg Texley, Michigan, and Eric Texley, Florida; brothers, Frank Zillich and John Zillich, both of Taylor, and one sister, Rose Luff, Taylor and numerous nieces and nephews.
