A Funeral Service for Kenneth Duane Sadowsky, 55 of Dickinson will be 10:00 a. m. Thursday, January 13, 2005 at Stevenson-Mischel-Olson Chapel in Dickinson with Father Austin Vetter, celebrating. Burial will follow in the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 12, 2005 from 11:00 a. m. to 9:00 p. m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p. m. at Stevenson-Mischel-Olson Chapel. Ken passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2005 at his home in Dickinson. Ken was born May 3, 1949 at Dickinson, the son of Henry and Rose (Buresh) Sadowsky. He grew up and attended country schools and graduated from Trinity High School. He entered the US Army where he was stationed in Germany and served two years. After his honorable discharge, he returned to Denver where he worked at the Yellow Cab Company. Ken moved to Seattle for several years before returning to Denver. In 1987 he moved to Dickinson where he made his home since. Ken enjoyed tinkering with his car and playing cards with his family. Survivors include his mother, Rose of Dickinson; a brother, Curt (Reg) Sadowsky of Dickinson; five sisters: Bonnie (Ron) Gabel of Dickinson; Vernice (Tim) Senner of Bloomfield, MT, Cindy (Mike) Schneider of North Bend, WA, Nancy (Wade) Willoughby of Renton, WA and Tracie (Marty) McGehee of Renton, WA; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Henry.
