Funeral Service for Kristia B. Loutzenhiser, 29, of Baker, MT will be at 11:00 a. m. on Friday, November 20, 2009 in the Chapel of Stevenson Funeral Home in Baker, MT with Brenda Stoddard of the Charity Chapter #60 of the Order of the Eastern Star officiating. Interment will follow at 2:00 p. m. in the Loutzenhiser family lot in the Lame Jones Cemetery rural Willard, MT. Kristia passed away in the early morning hours of Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings, MT from the complications of the H1N1 Flu with her family at her side. Kristia Beth Loutzenhiser was born on May 15, 1980, to Robin Kay (Schubert) and Paul Anton Wright at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD. She moved with her parents to Seminole, FL when she was eight months old, and was able to know and love her father?s family who also lived there. Kristia was joined in 1983, by the birth of her sister Dana. Following her parents divorce in 1985, Kristia moved back to her mother?s family home in Lanikai, HI. Kristia learned to swim at an early age and loved the beach in Florida and Hawaii and spent as much time as possible frolicking in the sun. She loved to dance and was an accomplished tap, ballet and jazz dancer before she reached the age of ten. Kristia, Dana and Robin moved from the Islands in 1991, and lived in Virginia, New York and Tacoma, WA. She also has fond memories of the times that she and her sister spent in North Carolina with Auntie Kathy and her family. Kristia, Dana and Robin moved to Baker, MT in January 1994 when Robin took a job with Fallon Medical Complex. In 1995, Kristia met the love of her life, Michael Lewis Loutzenhiser, and the two began dating on October 27, 1995. Kristia and Michael were married on July 2, 1999 at Calumet in rural Fallon County. To this union, three sons were born, Alex Lewis on August 25, 1999, Sean Mikel on July 27, 2001 and Ivan William on September 30, 2002. Kristia and Michael lived happily together for ten years of marriage and fourteen years as a couple. Those left to mourn her passing are her husband, Michael, her three sons, Alex, Sean and Ivan all of the family home; her mother, Robin Wright of Baker, MT; her father, Paul Wright of Indianapolis, IN; her sister, Dana Wright of Baker, MT; Michael?s family and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Kristia was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents, and her mother-in-law, Laura Lea Brewer.
