Lawrence Gawryluk

Funeral Mass for Lawrence Gawryluk, 62, of Dickinson, ND will be 10 a. m. Saturday, February 14, 2009 at Queen of Peace Catholic Church with Father Jeff Zwak celebrating. Burial will be in the St. Patrick?s Cemetery. Visitation will be 12 p. m. ? 9 p. m. , Friday, February 13, 2009 at Stevenson Funeral Home with a rosary service at 7 p. m. Lawrence passed away February 11, 2009 at his home in Dickinson of natural causes. Lawrence was born July 8, 1946 in Dickinson, ND to Mike J. and Agnes (Dutchuk) Gawryluk. He grew up in Belfield and attended schools there. After his schooling, he worked at various jobs the Belfield area. Lawrence later moved to Dickinson and began working at Coast to Coast Hardware Store and also for Conoco in the oilfields. It was during this time that he married Colleen Rose Sadowsky in September of 1972. Together they had four children. Lawrence lived in Dickinson for the next 35 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing and shooting pool with his two sons. Lawrence loved watching Country Western Movies and driving through the badlands and enjoying nature. He cherished spending time with his grandchildren. Lawrence is survived by his sons; Charles ?Charlie? Gawryluk and Michael Gawryluk, both of Dickinson, ND; a daughter, Jennifer (Jay) Wandler, Dickinson, ND; 3 granddaughters; Jayli, Jenna and Jorja Wandler and 1 grandson; Jory Gawryluk; a brother, Emil Gawryluk; sisters, Sophie (Bob) Boots, Belfield, ND, Josephine Hastings, Williston, ND and Pauline (Ken) Pachett, Everett, WA. He is preceded in death by both parents and an infant son, Jory
