Funeral service for Lloyd Lindbo, 94, Fryburg will be Monday, November 12, 2007, 1:00 p. m. at the Belfield Lutheran Church with Rev. Roger Dieterle officiating. Interment will be in the Belfield Lutheran Cemetery, Belfield. Visitation will be Sunday, November 11, 2007, 2 p. m. to 9 p. m. at Stevenson Funeral Home, Dickinson. Visitation will continue Monday, November 12, 2007, at the church one hour prior to the service. Lloyd passed away on Thursday, November 8, 2007, at his home. Lloyd was born on February 12, 1913, in Bradley, SD to Andrew and Helga (Kasin) Lindbo. He attended rural school north of Belfield to the 8th grade. At a young age, he worked at local farms and ranches in the Snow and Fayette areas. On October 25, 1935, he married Lola M. Fuge in Belfield. In the 1940?s, he started his career with Northern Pacific and later BN Railroad. During his career, he worked his way from Lineman to Foreman retiring in 1972. He and Lola then moved to the ranch and Lloyd kept busy with his many crafts and hobbies, such as finding and polishing agates. One of Lloyd?s enjoyments in life was the outdoors as he enjoyed trapping and hunting for many years. He also enjoyed his garden and driving his ATV around the ranch. Lola passed away on July 25, 1992. Lloyd is survived by: his sons, Lowell (Margie) and Louis Lindbo, all of Fryburg, ND, Les (Terri) Lindbo, Billings, MT; daughters, Lola Fay (Ray) Glass, Bismarck, Lillie (Larry) Wolf, Salem, Ore. , Lila ?Melody? Wannemacher, Washburn, ND and Laurie Beach, Dickinson; 18 grandchildren, thirty-nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; brothers, Andy (Helen) Lindbo, Belfield, Ole Lindbo, Washington, Harry (Dorothy) Lindbo, Wash. and Edward Lindbo, Minnesota; sister, Clara Jeromcheck, Minnesota. He was preceded in death by his parents, five sisters and five brothers.
